We currently service all five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. We're also available in select parts of New Jersey and Long Island. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific area.
Our standard cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, making beds (with fresh linens if provided), taking out trash, and general tidying up. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment unless you prefer us to use your specific products.
No, many of our clients provide us with keys or door codes. All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted and insured for your peace of mind. We're happy to work with your preferred method of access whether that's a doorman, lockbox, or smart lock.
We love pets! Our team is experienced working around all types of animals. For their safety and our cleaners' comfort, we ask that you let us know about any pets in advance. If your pet is anxious around strangers, we recommend keeping them in a separate room during cleaning.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. For recurring services, we allow one free cancellation per year with less than 24 hours notice. This policy helps us respect our cleaners' time while being fair to our clients.
