We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and large events. Ideally, 6-12 months in advance for weddings and 3-6 months for other events. However, we sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

Yes, we love destination weddings! We have experience coordinating events in various locations and can either travel to your chosen destination or work with trusted local vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Our full wedding planning service includes venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline creation, budget management, design consultation, rehearsal coordination, and full event management. We're with you every step of the way!
We understand plans change. Deposits are non-refundable, but we offer flexible rescheduling options. For cancellations more than 90 days before the event, we refund any payments beyond the deposit. Closer to the event date, refund amounts vary based on our commitments to vendors.
